These are great quality gloves but I purchased them to use as oven mitts - not a great idea. They DO protect you from heat for about 5 seconds - after that - watch out! I'll be using these for gardening and other chores where I need heavy duty gloves...just not for baking.
Maybe I'll take up falconing.
Great welding gloves! I have long thin fingers and they are not a fitted glove but fit well. Works well for welding or in the kitchen (I tested them in the kitchen before welding). My boyfriend laughed I went with the pretty green ones but they work!
After burning myself several times using my old worn gloves I decided to buy these gloves. I was very happy to receive them as promised and they fit great. Nice and heavy but still flexible enough for holding small pieces about to be welded. I also like the sleeve length...nice and long. I don’t expect any more burns in the immediate future.
These gloves are perfect for handling hot grills and other items when grilling on charcoal or gas grill. Lining inside makes it slide on and off easily and long gloves protect hands and arms when handling hot items. Great gloves.

Feel so secure.from thorn bushes for wifey to hot engines, these gloves are rugged. Also if you're older like me and on blood thinners they stop the cuts and bruises. Not important for you kids but someday you'll know

Bought gloves to handle wok I use on my Kamado Grille. You cant wear long sleeve shirts with this as the gloves have a generous cover for your forearms. Feel safe using these and big upgrade from my gardening gloves which were melting.
