These are great gloves. Had a chance to test them in the cold but not at work yet as it is my day off. I ordered large and they fit a bit snug but they're not too small by any means.
First, I've seen many people talk about the touch screen feature not working well. But if you're ordering work gloves, you can't expect durability AND perfect touch screen compatibility. They do the job and if you're looking for something with perfect touch screen use, you're obviously not doing much working and you shouldn't need these much. Just use your bare hands if you're texting every 5 minutes.
Second, they shield your hands from the cold, from being cut by boxes and other hazards that you may encounter at work or at home. Not Kevlar so they won't shield from a box cutter or blade as far as I can tell. But, these could even be used for gardeners that deal with thorny flowers, bushes, etc.
Third and final point, even though they're labeled as "Light Duty" I would NOT consider these light duty. They'll get the job done on just about anything from warehouse work to changing your oil and other messy car/home maintenance.
These are fantastic gloves and for the price, I will DEFINITELY but these again. I'm very pleased with my purchase so far.
Will update as the wear and tear goes at work and home. But so far I highly recommend these and would compare these to some other name brands like Carhartt, CLC and Gorilla Gloves.
These are durabe and comfortable gloves. I use them when I am working on oil changes (I wear a plastic glove over this glove so that the oil does not saturate the material in the case of an inevitable spill), and they provide some protection against tool slips and hot under-vehicle parts. The important part is that they do not increase the size of your hand much at all, so when you've gotta reach up a car's *@#$* to grab the oil filter, they don't obstruct your fingers' dexterity. They don't provide the knuckle and finger protection that these do: Vgo Glove High Dexterity Heavy Duty Mechanic Gloves, Rigger Gloves(3-Pairs)(Anti-vibration,anti-abrasion,touchscreen,TPR knuckle,EVA padding), but the Vgo Heavy Duties have those finger guards that make them less dextrous and more obstructive when working in tight spaces.
These would make super great crafting gloves. Just be careful; it's hard to see soot and dirt in these (because they're black) so if you're going to grab anything that is a light color and absorbant (like a car's seat cushion or a blanket or a jacket or anything else like that) , make double sure you haven't been handling anyting too dirty.
Update .. They are still holding up, driving a tractor-trailer, hooking up loads, truck inspections and they are doing great, I would buy again but no need to replace them yet. Changing to 5 stars now that they have passed the practical test over time. But keep in mind the touch screen function will wear off over time. Mine no longer work on screens. I have been using these (3 Pairs) daily for the last 5 months and none of them have torn or come apart yet. I saw someone report his pair did not last long even with light duty, maybe he got a pair or set with poor quality control/bad stitch.
For the price, they are pretty good. They are not going to keep your hands warm, they do not have any thermal capabilities but are pretty good work gloves. Have had for a while, used every day all day and they are holding up great, no tears or stitching coming loose. The fingertip touch screen works great, very responsive, for a while, after several weeks and a couple washes it seems they are less and less responsive and after a while do not work very well on the touchscreen. But for the price, you get 3 pairs. A good deal. They fit well, and they look good.
The good - Nice Material and finish. The not so good - the 'large size' glove is snug on my hand (too small) and my hand is even a little smaller that most people's 'large' size hand.
Definitely a must have for light duty around the house. Can't beat the price and the quality is better than expected.

Description
Vgo... light duty mechanic gloves are light, dexterous and provide an unbelievable fit with easy on and off flexibility. The snug-fitting elastic cuff provides a secure fit so you can focus on the tasks at hand. In addition, the high-visibility reflective stripe & print provides eye-catching luminance and the touchscreen material on thumb and index finger tips helps control smart phone or panel during works.
They're pretty good I knew what I was buying and I needed something for light duty these are exactly that.not saying that they are bad just that they are very thin-skinned gloves which is perfect for some jobs.
For the price these are an excellent gloves. I got 3 of them and they are wearing well to date. I would recommend them as long as you don't think they will hold up as well as an expensive set of Mechanic Gloves.
So far these are the only gloves that I have found that run with mechanics gloves… Normally cheaper gloves have uncomfortable fingers… But these are fantastic
Fit good and are great for working with. Sizing feels a little small but I think you want them a little tight for the dexterity.
They fit very good and appear to be good quality.
