Gelante Unisex Magic Stretch Gripper Glove Gripper Glove (12

Gelante Unisex Magic Stretch Gripper Glove Gripper Glove (12 Pairs/Assorted)

Gelante Unisex Magic Stretch Gripper Glove Gripper Glove (12 Pairs/Assorted)

These have an amazing amount of grip for stretch gloves. My kids love to play neighborhood football wearing them when it's chilly out. They are thinner than I expected. They are very stretch, fitting everyone in my family from my kids to my husband. Overall, for this price, a good deal.

My husband purchased these to wear in the basement during the winter because he has trouble with getting really cold in his fingers/hands. These are nice for the price, but weren't as flexible as he was hoping for for things like typing and such.

Love these gloves. Wonderful for driving, which I bought these for. Also wear them when feeding the birds....will not keep your hands warm but that is not why I purchased them for. Gave pairs to my two daughters and son-in-law.

One caveat. They are small. would never fit a large hand or a man's hand. But I like them a lot, cause I lose one, wear them out, etc etc,and the are spares. Another reason I like the snug fit, is that I can feel things very well when working int he dirt. I got 8 black one red and one blue. Don't care about that. Definitely worth the price for all these gloves! Go for it.

Gave as gift, was well liked.

Insulated System 5 Work Glove with Safety

Insulated System 5 Work Glove with Safety Cuff

Insulated System 5 Work Glove with Safety Cuff

This item is Essential Digital Router safety equipment. When I say "digital" I'm talking about fingers and when I say "router" I mean the tool that spins sharp bits @ 22k RPM (not the thing that connects you to the internet).

The story:

I'm new to work working and I'm also maybe a little bit accident prone. When I got a router, I started to wear these gloves "just in case". Being a cold weather item, you'd imagine them to get hot, but they're really quite comfortable. The leather and thick insulation have saved me twice — once from needing stitches and the other from doing some serious damage to one of my fingers. See my photo of the aftermath of the later incident. Without these gloves, my finger would have exploded like a ripe melon. I count myself lucky for only needing a few stitches.

The only downside is that I'm left handed and have a rapidly growing pile of right-hand gloves without a match.

Are these universally great gloves for all purposes? I don't know. However, if you use a router, I would strongly encourage you to get a pair and never, ever, under any circumstances, turn on a router without first putting on these gloves! (same goes for jointers)

I ordered 2 pair of these excellent Carhartt Insulated Grain Leather Work Gloves for my husband. He does a lot of work cutting down trees and splitting firewood. As with every piece of Carhartt clothing that we have ever purchased, these tough gloves do not disappoint and last a long time. My husband loves the protection and the warmth that they give him. His last pair lasted for over a year of heavy use. He would recommend them to everyone without hesitation.

This is my second pair of these. I am extremely hard on gloves working construction and being active on the weekends. From frosty job sites to riding quads through feet of snow in the Rocky Mountains, these are some of best winter gloves I’ve ever owned. The large cuff makes it easy to take gloves on and off quickly, fitting over coat cuffs.

My husband is pretty hard on gloves. We heat our house with wood and he is always cutting and hauling lumber. He usually goes through a couple of pair of gloves in a winter because the fingers get holes in them but these have held up very well. I would recommend.

First time purchase of Carhartt gloves. They fit well and have the relaxed finger fit I need for a bent arthritic pinky. Snug at first but loosened up after a short workout cutting tree branches. They will be appreciated in chilly weather leaf raking.

These are we excellent gloves for folks who work with their hands and handle different types of material. I have used mine while cooking on my smoker, moving firewood and other household chores. They are jnsulat ed d but don't make my hands sweat or get to warm. The longer cuff keeps stuff out of the glove and out of my shirt sleeves. The price with free shipping is the best I found!

I read the good reviews and bought these gloves. My husband loves them more than any other gloves he's ever had they keep them warm they're durable and they're comfortable. I would highly recommend them

I purchased these for my Dad who is very picky about gloves. He loves these gloves. They keep his hands warm and are holding up well to the conditions he has used them in. Also a plus they come in large sizes as his hands take a hard to find size in most other gloves.

Just as sturdy and heavy duty as anticipated. Actually almost a little wide for husband's big ol bear paws he has. Hope they hold up through cutting and gathering wood.

A very nice pair of gloves. The quality materials make it look like they will last a long time. Warm and comfortable. I have large hands so I was happy to see a XXL size and they fit great.
I would recommend these gloves.

Carhartt Men's Insulated Full Grain Leather Driver Work Glove, Brown,

Carhartt Men's Insulated Full Grain Leather Driver Work Glove, Brown, X-Large

Carhartt Men's Insulated Full Grain Leather Driver Work Glove, Brown, X-Large

First: i hate 5 star ratings. Mostly overrated the product. Usually I go with 3 & 4 star reviews. Likely too get the truth. So i have learned to give 4 at most.

Second: I must warn that I am a Carhartt fan. The brand shouts durability.

With that being said, these rate a 4 star in my book. I see people complain about the finger size. That's stupid. Everybody's hand is a little different. They probably cut off a template. These fit on me, comfortably, with bulky rings on. I'm a true large. They are warm enough for 20° or possibly lower Chicago weather. I'm not a biker, but i do have bad circulation. I'm picky about gloves. They need be warm and durable. My knock are that i wish the gauntlet was a inch longer. I have long arms, but Carhartt started in 1889 and I don't think they've adjusted to the overall growth of people, they might still be cutting clothes for an 1889 body type.
Jackets are the same way. Also, I was thinking the leather was a little thicker from the description.

In summary these gloves work for me. Just wanted some nice looking warm & durable leather gloves. They got delivered on a Sunday. So far it's a good experiance.

I have put these gloves through the most rigorous of all situations. Including: splitting firewood, shoveling snow, scraping snow, taking out the trash, moving furniture, etc. etc. They have NEVER let me down they are insulated as well which is an added bonus! My last comment will resolve around the fact that they are built to last, as I have had them for several years. A true testament to an American company and retailer of rugged work-wear.

I bought these for my dad who has always struggled to find gloves that fit well. He has shorter fingers and inevitably, the fingers on the gloves would be too long. These fit perfectly and he is very pleased with not only the fit but also the quality and warmth they provide.

I bought a pair of these gloves a few years ago based primarily on the Carhartt name and reputation, and the fact these are cowhide gloves, not goat, calf, or deerskin. What I wanted was a pair of winter gloves that 1) kept my hands warm, 2) useful for shoveling snow as well as driving, 3) could stand up to hard work like splitting firewood, and 4) looked good. These gloves delivered. Now, they are cowhide, which means they're not as supple as other leather gloves, but they are durable. I still have my old pair, but the leather is a little too cut up for everyday wear, so they're now relegated to being straight up work gloves.

Take away: If you're looking for supple, butter soft driver's gloves, look else where. If you're looking for warm gloves that aren't afraid of a little hard work yet still look good, these may be your gloves.

The C100 insulation is thick! I've had leather gloves and other Thinsulate gloves with C70 and they're OK in cooler temps, but the C100 is very thick. The leather is fairly good quality. I didn't see any stitching or otherwise quality defects. The sizing is also fairly spot on, and I have very long fingers. I normally wear Medium Mechanix gloves although Large will fit me as well. I usually prefer the Large Mechanix gloves with their cold weather designs so it is easier to put on or take off. For golf, I generally use Medium-Large. Again, my fingers are very long and slender, and these in Medium are a perfect fit.

Overall: 5/5 stars

These gloves are thick, warm, and feel quite rugged despite their dressy appearance. The insulation does not compress very much when you're holding onto a freezing cold steering wheel, and the leather provides a good grip, which makes these excellent driving gloves.

My absolute favorite pair of gloves were discontinued, but at $120 it was tough to rationalize multiple pairs. The only thing they have over these is the combination of Gore-Tex and leather. This pair is just leather (and Thinsulate), so it's MUCH cheaper. It does also come in a size large enough for my hands in addition to liners. I highly recommend buying a pair of washable polypropylene or polyester glove liners to prevent matting the Thinsulate down, which prolongs the life of any insulated glove.

Good, thick leather. Feels more like a work glove than a driving glove. I'd give them five stars but they run small. I have normal-sized hands and the fingers on the medium are way too short. Also, the "black" leather looks sort of like dark brown against my black coats.

These are fantastic glove. I don't know about trying to use your phone of any of that other nonsense, but if your hands are cold and you need a really good pair of gloves to keep your hands warm, these are it. You can drive and such in these, they are not unusable, but not good for swiping right or left in the snow.. Also I have large hands and these gloves fit very well.

Great quality gloves, they're genuine carhartt. They're nice looking and can be used as a driving glove, but they're also well insullated and thick so they could definitely be used as a work glove. They do run a little small though, so check the size chart and order one or two sizes bigger like the rest of the reviews say. I ordered one size bigger and they fit perfect. My fingers are long but thin. If you have thick fingers you may want to order 2 sizes bigger.

Carhartt Men's Ballistic Spandex Work Glove with TPR Knuckle Protection, Black,

Carhartt Men's Ballistic Spandex Work Glove with TPR Knuckle Protection, Black, X-Large

Carhartt Men's Ballistic Spandex Work Glove with TPR Knuckle Protection, Black, X-Large

Haven't had much chance to use these yet, but they fit good and feel solid. I like the knuckle pads and that was part of the reason I chose these.

The XL size fits my above average sized hands well and does not cut into the webbing between my fingers.

No complaints so far.

EDIT/UPDATE - After using these gloves here and there over the last couple months I had to add to this review.

The cloth around the thumb is kind of strange. Almost like sweatpants. Not very heavy duty like the rest of the glove. I am sure this is for flex and freedom of movement but it feels kind of cheap or weak, like it might tear. I think there has to be a better design for durability that still allows movement.

Also, the finger tips are not the greatest. It is hard to do fine control tasks. They are clumsy and bulky in the finger tips. I realize these are heavy duty work gloves, but I think a better middle-ground could be made between durability and senstivity.

I like the areas of the gloves that do flex (except the thumbs fabric), but I am not sure why Carhartt did not do something better with the finger tips. The whole point of spandex would seem to be comfort and dexterity. So why not make the finers better for fine control?

All in all, still a decent pair of work gloves, but I had to remove a star.

My favorite work gloves, most are too bulky or too in-substantial, but these hit the mark. The grip on the palms has kept its traction after months of heavy use, and the material has avoided snags and tears. As a girl, most gloves refuse to stay tight around my smaller wrists but the velcro on these is great quality and stays firm. I'm definitely going to buy another pair, simply because these are so tough that by the time I need new ones they might not sell them anymore.

They have a great grip, easy to put on. Not tight. Velcro snaps.tight. size is as.expected when you measure by the chart. Not too hot when wearing in 80/90 degree weather. Not that great for touch screen, but works after a. Few times, bit that might depend on your phone.

At first these gloves feel odd, but after they are broken in (about 2 days) then they feel much better. The rubber on the knuckles is very stiff at first, that is why they need a short break in period. After that they work very well. I have used these almost every day since I purchased them and so far they are holding up well. The only small draw back is the fabric around the thumb area tends to be wearing out faster then the rest of the glove fabric, but they still have a lot of life in them. I would buy these again and other carhartt products.

I had a pair of these more than a few years back and they lasted quite a while. I would work with a lot of metal and construction type of stuff with my father. They lasted a few years and even after the leather bits came off, they still protected me decently.

Biggest issue I have is that the seam inside of some of the fingers gets uncomfortable. That's really the only big issue.

These r great. This is my second pair. (The other lasted 10 years) like basically any carhartt product the need a little wearing in but they r comfy and long-lasting.

My boyfriend loved this! Said it does the job and keeps him warm.

My father in law requests this every 2 year as a Christmas Gift. He does a great deal of outdoor yard work such as trimming trees, stacking wood, etc. Love the comfort and the knuckle protection on these gloves!

Perfect fit and feel. I use these gloves in the warehouse and it works well with what I do. From moving heavy material to signing BOLs or UPS/FEDEX shipments. Perfect.

According to the size chart, I'm a medium, but the mediums do not fit very well. My fingers are longer than the glove fingers, and the thick seams at the end of the fingers are uncomfortable. I suggest going with a size up from whatever size you're supposed to be in.

Carhartt Men's Suede Work Glove with Safety Cuff, Brown, Large

I have a pair like these that I've used for 6 years and they won't last much longer. Couldn't find them locally anymore so had to use Amazon. Excellent work gloves and would order again, will probably order another pair soon just so I'll have them in case Carhartt decides to discontinue this style.

Can’t beat them for the price! I bought these because they are carhartt brand. I haven’t had any problems with any carhartt products. These deliver the same quality I would expect from them! Would definitely buy again!

My husband loves these. Uses them for outdoor activities like ax chopping wood, carrying wood, building things, raking and moving leaves, etc. Great for yard work :).

We have a small ranch, and I got these for my husband, who loves all Carhartt products when working outside. Used to be able to buy them locally at one of the tack stores, but they don't carry them anymore. No matter, Amazon to the rescue! They're durable, warm but not too hot, and even fit me :-) Always highly recommend ANY Carhartt product.

Great gloves. Beats the cheap chineese crap from work hands down. Good fit. Feels good.

I process a lot of firewood and these gloves wear like iron.

I’m on my second pair... wish they were a tad longer but really sturdy... be careful of leaving in moisture they grow mold easily..

Sturdy work gloves. Have held up well over many hard uses (chainsaw, wet, brush clearing, moving metal scraps). Would recommend.

This is the third pair of these gloves that I have bought for my husband. He has large hands and ordinary gloves don't fit him. But, these gloves fit fine. He wears and wears them, (sometimes loses them.) Great choice.

Good gloves, like the cuffs when working.

Dewalt DPG737L Thermal Insulated Grip Glove 2 In 1 Design,

Dewalt DPG737L Thermal Insulated Grip Glove 2 In 1 Design, Large

Dewalt DPG737L Thermal Insulated Grip Glove 2 In 1 Design, Large

I work in New England for a satellite installation company so I spend a conciderable part of my day outdoors in the elements. I've tried numerous brands & styles of gloves that offer warmth in 30-40 degree weather without sacrificing too much feeling and dexterity. These gloves keep my hands warm without being overheated and sweating and I can still pick up & thread 5/16 nuts and bolts while wearing them.

I've only had them for two weeks so I can't speak to their durability yet.

These are nice gloves for the price. I build decks outside all day long and these gloves are pretty good for the cold but under 40 degrees fahrenheit they don't insulate as well. Under 30 and they stand no chance and your fingertips will freeze.
They are nice to work in though. As many others have said, they're a little big for fine work (you're not going to be twisting wires with these), but for framing or something along those lines they're great. Grip is excellent and they've been pretty durable so far.
Well worth the $13 I paid for them.

I ordered these for my husband- we live in the mountains, and he works construction; so he needed gloves that would keep his hands warm without being too bulky to work in. They are actually SO warm that he has to take them off sometimes, when it's in the high 30's/ low 40's. But he loves them and they don't impair his dexterity at all. His boss was so impressed with them that he ordered 2 pair for himself! Great gloves for serious outdoor work in the cold!

Very comfortable. Very "grippy". I wouldn't call these "articulated" like some people make them out to be... but you can do quite a bit with them on the construction site... If you're framing a house or putting up basic trim in the cold weather, these fit the bill... if you're trying to do precision work, look elsewhere...

My friend started using gloves like these for motorcycling and said they worked fine and far cheaper than motorcycle gloves. They didn’t have my size at Ace so I purchased these and WOW. Love, love love these gloves. It’s fall here so wearing them I. The years, bycicling. Etc. So comfortable and warm. I’m telling everyone.
Update. Now using them SKIING in low 30’s. Best value gloves I’ve ever found (hands down..NPI lol)

DeWalt 2-in-1 cold Weather System Thermal Work Glove.

I didn’t expect much but they sure delivered. They are comfortable on the hands the rubber makes for a great grip and it is waterproof. I used them not too long ago in the cold and these gloves kept my hands warm and dry in single digit temperatures. I’ve worn two pairs of gloves in cold weather before and these gloves remain flexible without feeling like you have two pairs of gloves on. If you have to work outside in the cold do your hands a favor and get these gloves.

Initial Review:

Pros:
Quality look and finish.
Double layer for warmth.
Synthetic wool-like liner keeps hands warm when wet.
Back of hand is coated just passed knuckles to keep out more water.
Foamy, porous coating should improve grip.

Cons:
Not as durable as Atlas Fit 300 or Therma Fit 451 natural rubber coating.

I compare these DeWalt gloves to the Memphis Safety Ninja Ice gloves as they are very similar and I love the Ninja Ice gloves because they offer pretty good dexterity and warmth even when wet like synthetic wool. I just received the DeWalt gloves today.

The DeWalt gloves seem well made, maybe slightly better than the Ninja Ice. They look nearly identical but the liner of the DeWalt seems bonded in the fingers whereas the Ninja Ice gloves liner is loose in the fingers and I sometimes have to massage them for best fit but I don't remember them being that way when new. The DeWalt has more of a porous, foamy coating on the palms and extends just passed the knuckles on the back to help keep water out. The Ninja gloves come with a smoother coating on the palms and just passed the fingernails on the back so water soaks in on the back of the fingers. The Ninja do make a fully dipped glove which I also have but full coating affects fit and dexterity.

I really like and hate these gloves. They are a perfect fit and very comfortable. Well insulated and the insulated liner is fully attached. (My previous, same style, gloves were wells lamont and the liner was only attached at the cuff. Pulled inside out everytime you removed them.)

THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF!!
WTF Dewalt?
The rubber coating is porous and is for grip and abrasion protection only. Very disappointed(atleast the WL gloves were waterproof). I soaked em in a silicone waterproofing spray and so far that has done the trick.

Bought both pair of gloves, temp. out side 40 degrees both were lined I feel the Superior Winter Work Gloves - Fleece-Lined with Black PVC Palm for Tight Grip (Sub-Zero Temperatures) was a little thicker but a little tight. – Size Large and the Dewalt DPG737L Thermal Insulated Grip Glove 2 In 1 Design, Large a better fit and a little more flexible. I have cold hands and feel at 32 or below nether pair would keep my hands warm for only a few minutes.

Absolutely love these. I've been using the Chilly Grip gloves for years which are similar and have done well for me, but these blow them away.

Used them to put down mulch and edge my beds, pulling up pieces of sod, etc. Very warm, thicker, and a bit sturdier too.
They run just a touch large but no need to downsize from your regular size. Wash nicely, air dry.

Carhartt Men's Winter Dex Ii Glove, Black Barley, X-Large

Snug fit and exact fit too for the size I ordered. Warm and easy to handle fairly small items too. Excellent product.

These gloves are very warm. For me when the temperature is 20 degrees or colder I switch to mittens but I was surprised that these gloves kept my hands warm. I wore them while working in the rain / freezing rain / snow. It's a very good cold weather working glove and well made. I liked them so much that I ordered another pair.

I bought these for general outdoor tasks. Snowblowing, walking the dog, etc. They have held up incredibly well since I got them. The cuff is long and can be tucked into a jacket to keep snow out, and the fingers are flexible enough where you can still have some dexterity when using keys and tools.

They are not, as others have pointed out, very well insulated for the extreme cold. You can tell just by feeling the material around the fingers that they are on the thin side, but between the fingertip and knuckle reinforcements have held up for me over two years.

Got for my son for his birthday. He drives a cement mixer and is often hauling heavy equipment around. He's a big boy and needs XXL gloves; anything else is too small. These fit perfect and have held up to quite a bit of abuse. He says they are very lightweight and not bulky at all. That they fit well and keep his hands warm.

These are some pretty good gloves for labor in the winter time. They fit as expected. I wouldn't recommend getting these wet, but in dry conditions that aren't too cold, these will do just fine. We used these while outside in the snow somewhere in the 25 degree Fahrenheit range with good results. The palms of these gloves have a 'leathery" material that provides for good grip. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a nice pair of winter work gloves.

Description

The Carhartt winter dex ii insulated glove is waterproof, windproof, and breathable - it will keep your working hands functioning in the elements.

I work outdoors a lot. As an electrician you need good dexterity with your fingers. The ability to stay warm is the biggest. You get that with these gloves and I been wearing this brand for years. Durable throughout the elements and warm nonetheless.

My hands are large so when I can find comfortable cold weather gloves that fit and keep my hands warm I am very satisfied.

You can expect to have good dexterity when wearing these gloves. Although they are fairly warm, I usually go for something else if it gets colder than -10 Celsius unless your working on a nice warm engine. However, any warmer glove will lose all dexterity and you will find yourself taking them off to do your work and getting cold hands as a result. This is about the best compromise you can find and I highly recommend them to anybody doing outdoor work. Get two pairs!

I purchased these gloves for my husband for work. They arrived in two days and I was very pleased with the quality. They are very true to size and comfortable. He has been impressed with how easy it is work in them.

I bought 3 pair as they were a steal at under $5! Kept 2 for my husband and gave one to my neighbor.
