I have a monster German shepherd mix puppy who has nipped, bitten, scraped, and generally beaten up my forearms and hands in his playful exuberance. Gardening gloves were not cutting it, and I need my skin to heal - so, I thought animal trainer gloves would be the ticket, and they are. They are thick and very protective against any abuse my big boy can inflict upon me. My only complaint is I wish they also came in maybe one smaller size, for women. I look like a Transformer wearing them, but whatever! They work. Also, I do like the bright turquoise/green color.
Very nice when playing with my 6 month old puppy Rottweiler which weighs 80lbs.
