These are pliable, somewhat like the deer skin or goat skin gloves but thicker so they should wear better and hold up longer on the mig welding I do. Nice.

Can’t go wrong with Tillman. Get a comfortable size, because the heat will eventually shrink the leather.
Thick enough, but still have a little dexterity.
Love it. Fits well and comfortable for me. Has a bit more room for bigger hands. Not as thick as others but sufficient for dexterity in handling materials.
