I bought these to give to a friend of mine, so I wouldn't have to loan mine to her... REALLY !!....because they are so fabulous, I won't do any kind of ranch work now, without wearing them. They provide secure friction, so you don't drop things...they are tough, but lightweight, & I can even open a combination lock without having to remove the gloves... they provide some protection from wetness, on the palm side, & the knit part provides enough 'ventilation' that they don't cause your hands to sweat inside the glove. I wear them for hours at a time, almost forgetting I'm wearing gloves. Bar none, these are the best gloves I've ever had, & I don't intend to be without them ... AND an extra pair to loan to a friend ... I'm NOT giving mine up.!!
Wow! This glove fully protects my hands and it has amazing gripping power. I love how it stays on my hand and doesn't slack due to the great wrist bands that hold the gloves in place. I use mine for clearing brush, chopping trees, and other machete work. While there is some possible wearing onto my hands at times, I find that using band-aids as skin protection (just certain spots) makes these a five star easily.
I also have cut my hand while wearing these gloves from a machete. It turns the Nitrile is fairly thick and does protect somewhat as well!
I've literally owned the same 5 pairs of these gloves for the last 5 years.... from working at TMMTX building Toyota trucks for two years (wearing these gloves.... to working on all the vehicles I own, they've lasted years! Top quality glove, and buying several is a must!
I saw these gloves after purchasing a few pairs of the mechanix thermal type glove and figured I would try them out as a spring/summer glove. I was hoping they would have the same type of rubber grip, "super grip". I was disappointed to find they did not have the same grip, though similar. The rubber on the thermal glove is almost a sticky type material. These gloves grip are similar but the same and is not nearly as good of grip as the thermal type. Hopefully they will change this so they are the same or make a different type with the same grip but not thermal for cold weather. Hopefully this review will help others find what they are looking for.

They are perfect medium duty gloves - changing tires and the like.
I work @ an Lubeshop and have been using these gloves for the past two month and they still are holding strong. I've used it on 200 plus cars and they have saved my hands from many burns. Best part is no oil gets into the gloves. Will be buying another pair in 4 or so months just because of the amount of use I put into them.
