These are very good light to medium duty work gloves. They keep your hands clean, and offer some protection from rough surfaces. I use mine to keep my hands clean, and safe, while making coupling connections in tractor trailer driving. A pair will last me 2-4 weeks under this type of use, making them a good value. If you need something for more hazardous manual work, or if you want gloves that will last multiple months, you'll probably need to spend more, and look elsewhere
