Happy, happy to have these gloves! The medium is a good fit for me (a woman, 5'3 with kinda average size hands). The were sent promptly and came just in time for me to clean the bird bath then wash the cat's litter box. They provide some insulation against cold and hot water but that's just a bonus. They covered my sleeves perfectly and protect my hands from dirty water. I've gotten some nasty infections from handling pond and birdbath water when I had tiny cuts on my hands from cold weather and chapped hands. These are heavier than regular gloves so protect better used with rough surfaces.
Work as advertised. I have pulled what seems like miles of poison ivy with these without incident. They are hot, of course, but that's what happens when you wrap your arms in plastic. They clean easily and I have found them to be extremely durable (not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from on this topic). Elastic works well, and grips without cutting off circulation. If you sweat in them a lot, then you will definitely want to air them out by inserting a shovel handle or similar item that will allow them to breathe. Great product at a fantastic price.
Nearly cut off the tip of my left index finger using a rotary cutter (like a pizza cutter, for quilt fabric) and was told by my doctor not to get it wet for a while as it healed. Bought some of these to wear in the shower as water runs into rubber gloves unless you keep your hand up over your head. They work great! The seal around the upper arm keeps the water out and they have better dexterity than some other big clumsy ones I had. Just as a note, I'm a woman who wears ring size 8 and the medium fit me fine. Get XL if you're a man with larger fingers. The palms are pretty rough so I just use a washcloth, but they'd be great for picking up slick rocks or similar.
Bought it for a friend who is a dishwasher. The skin on his hand was peeling badly, this glove prevented the water
From entering the gloves. Know his hands are heal and smooth and soft.😃
The first pair I bought (large) were actually too small for me and I didn't like the product for that reason.
If you're anywhere near 200lb and with average hand size for this weight, then make sure you buy their largest gloves.
The second pair I purchased, is very good and I like wearing them to do anything that requires protection.

These work great for pond maintenance. I have a roughly 2' deep pond and use these for caring for plants. They seem to hold up very well and aren't super thick - you still have control with fingers. They're comfortable and the lining doesn't cause them to stick or seat (much at least)
I bought a set of these to wear while scrubbing the exterior of my house with bleach and TSP prior to painting. The last time, I wore shorter gloves and a lot of the solution ran up my arms and caused irritation, really mild chemical burns after hours of work. This time, with the long gloves, no such trouble and they held up fine in the process. Great product.
So far, I've had no problems with mine. I have a 32 BioCube saltwater and a 50 gallon Sea Clear freshwater that I use these on after reading up on the possibilities of getting flesh eating bacteria infections from the bacteria's in the tanks. Not worth the risk, so i'll be using these for now on. I live by the ocean, maybe they need to make a full size body suit out of this so I can also swim without worries of the same bacteria? It happens! Never clean tanks with cuts or swim with cuts or abrasions! ( Sorry, I'm a paranoid woman! Lol. )
I’m optimistically giving the 5 stars, although we haven’t used them for any length of time. They are supple and seem about medium thickness. Of course any gloves can develop a cut. We got them to plunge into icy cold water. I wear men’s medium or women’s xlarge, and found size large had barely long enough fingers, but the fingers are also quite wide. My husband normally wears men’s large, but needed xlarge. However, in length they do go several inches above the elbow, so were just what we were looking for.
I recently expanded a business to include pressure washing. I did not realize how much bleach was running down my arm and one day came home with a pretty bad chemical burn on my forearm. I purchased these gloves and the problem was solved.
I have been extremely surprised how well they have held up. Bleach eventually eats through most things, but these are still like new after 6 months.
One thing to keep in mind, they do make you sweat!
