So far, these are the most durable gloves I could find that are form fitting and comfortable. I've used them for just about everything from auto repairs to yard work and in the metal shop to prep material to be welded. My last pair lasted me over a year. They are a slip on type of glove with a neoprene cuff. This prevents and debris from falling in. Thick material all the way around with thick stitching. A little pricey but I believe they're worth it.
I do not have tough hands and we have a hobby farm where I'm doing chores every day. These gloves are really tough but flexible enough to allow me to pick up hay bales by the strings without a problem. These will be my farm gloves for life, if I can keep my kids from stealing them.
