Wearing gloves sized to fit is the way to go instead of buying one size or S, M, L. These gloves are comfortable for most farm chores. I have used them is the rugged outdoors and for some rappelling and rock climbing and have been very satisfied. I gave them only 4 stars because, they seem to come apart in a shorter amount of time than they used to.
Nice gloves. Bought Size Med. for wife's small hand. Fits fine. Wife likes 'em so I'm happy. No, really. I am.
