RefrigiWear Warm Double Insulated Cowhide Leather Work Gloves with Abrasion Pads (Gold, X-Large)

These looked like exactly what I wanted for snowblowing in sub zero weather. Most of the reviews liked these gloves, but mention that they are not waterproof and are very stiff when new. I treated them with "leather honey" leather conditioner (same as neatsfoot oil), then put them in 150 degree oven and put 2 coats of sno-seal bees wax on them. That took care of both issues, and I think I will be happy with these for a long, long time. They seem very rugged and warm.

These are stiff but seem to be sized a little small, I would need a xxlg which the don't offer, that's the only reason I rated them a 4 star.
Waterproof would be nice but I knew they were not.
One review mentioned to use bees wax, only problem with that for me is anything you put on to waterproof you eill then have a hard time holding on to some things.

This is my third product I have bought from RefrigWear. Each product exceeded my expectations. These gloves really do keep your hands warm in below zero temperatures. I have not been able to match them at anything near this price.

Great gloves, tons of insulation!! I couldn't get anything close to these where I live. They are very thick gloves, might be a little large to do some smaller projects. They are super driving an open tractor and handling larger items that you don't need as much dexterity. If wear a LARGE in other gloves, get the EXTRA LARGE. Don't think you can beat the price anywhere. Maj. I

These are top quality, rugged winter gloves. They run a little large so I could have gotten by w/Large instead of XL. These will last a lifetime of residential snow shoveling and snow blowing. Once again, top quality, the best.

These are a wonderful glove. I have purchased multiple pairs to give as gifts and everyone loves them. Very warm and very durable. I absolutely recommend these for anyone looking for a good heavy pair of winter gloves. My family and I have been using Refrigiwear products for years and years and could not be happier with them.

They are very warm, excellent for the cold and snow I've been clearing (great Christmas Gift) they are rugged but also a little still (they need to be broken in) and seem a little snug (I typically wear large (which these are), I would recommend ordering a size up

Pretty stiff with all that insulation - probably take a while to break in, but not difficult to work with (snow blowing or shoveling) and kept my fingers warm!

good quality. a little stiff at first, but softens as you use them. very warm.

Warmest gloves I’ve ever had
