The gloves are amazing. I do stone sculpting as a pastime and use a 9 inch grinder on basalt to dry rough shape pieces, which kicks back a lot especially as I'm trying to smooth out a new piece. I had been using just a regular pair of leather gloves which made my hands and forearms vibrate to where after 20 minutes of grinding I couldn't feel or hold anything for the next couple of hours. So, I came across these gloves on a basic search and thought they looked good. They are like wearing armor. I've ground out entire bird baths in one session with them with no residual pain. I've also used them to wet polish as well, and can run the polisher for hours with no hand problems. They're also super tough - I'm managed to miss a couple of times with a hammer and cold chisel but had no cuts or scraps as a result - normally my hands take a beating doing this work, with these gloves it's just another day grinding away in the back yard. They're not cheap, but if you do rough work, they're ideal.
