Mechanix Wear - Women's Original Pink Camo Gloves (Medium, Pink Camouflage)

Needed gloves to work on my Miata but had a super hard time finding any small enough. Most are all in men's sizes and even the small in men's is too big for me. These are awesome! They fit great and hold up super well. going to order me a back up pair but there hasn't been any issues with this pair at all. I even helped out with an engine swap and used these for that. So glad I had them! No tears, rips, nothing and it was a huge process with lots of use! I'm not a woman to sit or watch, these got super dirty haha. Great quality product.

Years ago I had purchased Mechanix fingerless gloves to use with my wheel chair. 7 years later, they still look and act like new. Unfortunaltly, they became a puppet in one of my daughters crafting binges. They do not carry the fingerless gloves anymore, so I bought these instead. I did not know if my plan would work, but I gave it a try. The quality is so good, that I was able to cut them into fingerless gloves and they have survived my everyday (and quite physically demanding) wheeling around. I bought the largest size that they have in Womens, as i have very long hands and usually have to wear mens gloves, and they fit.....well..like a glove.

I was nervous buying gloves online, not being able to try them on. I needed a pair to wear to the shooting range and wanted them to fit snug on my hands. These were perfect! I'm a woman and my hands are smallish, with short, wide fingers. My middle finger is about 3 inches long. (not sure if that helps) The gloves are tight, but not too tight. All of my fingers reach the end of the gloves, except my thumb, there's about a 1/2 inch of space between end and finger. Of all the gloves I tried in stores, which were mostly mens, these were the best!

LOVE THEM! Bought them for shooting, and they are perfect...nice and tactile, warm and protective without being too hot or bulky. I have small hands and short fingers and the medium fits snugly. A smidge long in the fingers, but that is typical for me. So, if you have small hands, do not be afraid of the medium. If you have medium hands, though, you may want to consider the large.

I wish I could give these 10 stars. This is my second pair. I bought my first pair and used them for all types of house work, construction, trips to the dump and yard work. I washed them over 100 times and eventually they wore through the finger tips, so I had to order a second pair. I put them in the wash and let them air dry. They are extremely durable and thick, yet not too thick that it would limit mobility. No splinters and no cuts over the years. I would say I have large hands for a woman, and the large fit me great.

This is my *third* pair of these [for this purpose - i also have the high impact ones w/ rubber on the knuckels for auto work] - the first two paris were stamped "utility" on the thumb but construction seems to be about the same -

The first two pair lasted me at least 3 years w/ almost constant usage in the yard/gardening/pruning/etc. and held up better than expected.

This pair feels equally well constructed but the new *women's* fit does seem to fit my hands [i have VERY small hands and the medium is snung - even i thought i might need a small b/c my other mechanix gloves were small or even extra small mens that i got to try at a trade show and then ordered] - they feel almost better than the older pair b/c they are so snug.

That being said they are great - my hands are tiny/bony and they protect very very well but they are not 100% versus thorny things like blackberries but the trade off between protection and tactile ability is on the money and i have no complaints.

I use my Mechanix Wear M - Pact Gloves *style* [most similar as mine are older] for household things like boxes but mostly cars and they have more padding on the palms and across the back of the hand - so for corners/sharp things these are a bit better and the nice part is the finger tips on the underside are still a single layer leather construct so you don't loose any feel.

so for garden work these are my #1 choice but for house/car I use the Mechanix Wear M - Pact Gloves instead - both are worth the money and do a great job protecting w/o disabling.

I bought them for shooting in the range, however, I found wearing the glove on the right hand quite impact the sensitivity of my trigger finger when it comes to pistol shooting, have not tried on other kinds of firearms yet. Even picking up bullets or loading is an issue.

But it seems to be sturdy and well-made for house hold DIY jobs. Btw, I have smallish hands but I went for medium. If not sure, but measure your hands and make sure to check their measure chart.

I love these! They are a great working glove that fits my hands. I usually end up wearing a mens small and those do not fit as nice as these. As you know it is hard to find good gloves for women. They are a nice balance of being lightweight yet strong. I do wish they had this exact kind in solid black, but at least it is not neon pink.

Very comfortable and durable. I used to use these everyday when I worked on a ship in the military a few years ago. They held up to all of the mechanic-type work I was doing. Not too thick, so they protected my hands well and still allowed plenty of dexterity. Today, I use them everyday for sandbag workouts, to prevent the handles of the sandbags from rubbing through my hands. Again, they still allow plenty of dexterity for intervals using the rowing machine, doing push-ups...even the occasional fumbling with the water bottle or music devices. To wash, I just throw them in a mesh bag and wash with normal laundry. As for sizing, I've been told I have long fingers, so I wear a large in these. For reference, I wear a medium in the men's version. I've tried tons of different gloves for pretty much every activity or job and these are, by far, my favorite almost-all-purpose glove.

I am a 5'2" female with small hands in construction it is difficult to find good gloves. If you are a small petite woman these will fit like a glove! I love these, great quality. I have a pair for work and for home, and always keep a pair in the trunk of my car. Protect those babies!
