I loved the freaking price yo! Ery body else was, dude, like 3 times higher. Nawimean?. Shud. Installed easy...2 screws, yo I was outta there. Tubular! Rockin out with my element out.
I preheated my old GE Spectra oven (it was in the home we bought 9 years ago so I'm not sure how old it is but from research I am guessing 2001) to make muffins. It got up to temp and then after I put the muffins in I noticed they were not rising at all so I inspected the oven. Sure enough, the bake element (the element on the floor of this oven) was snapped in two. I immediately researched which element to buy to replace it with but had a hard time as I found no exact match for my particular model number (JBP24B0B4WH). This one looked the same as the old one and some other parts websites suggested this one for the old Spectra ovens, so I took a chance.
I ordered it on Saturday afternoon and it was waiting at my front door when I got home from work on Monday! It took about 2 minutes to install (I had watched a few vids on how to do it...super easy). I then preheated the oven to 500 to make homemade pizza and it seemed to preheat a little faster than the old element and worked perfectly. There was a slight odor but I read online that this is common for a new element and will go away over time and usage.
Awesome quick shipping and I'm happy with the product. It was also significantly less expensive than the same item at the online parts sites.
Very fast delivery. Installed easily, but unfortunately, when the original element burned out, it apparently also took the controller panel. As such, the oven could not maintain a cooking temperature. Off to the store for a new stove.
I ordered this bake element to replace one that had burned out in my old Kenmore model 911.95501990 which is around 18 years old. It seems to be an exact match and is working fine. If anyone replaces this element, at least in the same make and model I have, after killing the power at the breaker box, I advise going ahead and removing the oven's back panel to quicken the replacement. I would definitely order this again, and if I can replace the old element, anyone can do it.

My old element actually burned up in my oven. Fortunately I was standing right there but I had to turn the breaker off to get the fire to stop. I really thought I was going to need a new oven but when I saw this one on Amazon I thought I would give it a try. An original GE part would have cost twice as much.
Two screws on the front and about 6 screws on the back and it was in and working in about 5 minutes. It took me longer to pull the stove out and clean it up on the back as it hasn't been moved in years.
A dramatic discount compared to a appliance retailer price. So far it works OK but have only had it a couple months. WATCH OUT on the install (especially the removal of the old one) as if you are not really careful you will lose the connector out the back and will have to get behind the range to re-connect. Also MAKE SURE AND DISCONNECT PHYSICAL POWER connection to the range--the thing is still energized when the "bake" dial is in the "off" position.
Only disappointment is was supposed to have instructions but you can find numerous youtubes and web sites with the procedure. BE CAREFUL! Probably best to have a "buddy" with you.
Super proud. I measured my broken unit and compared to 2 almost identical heating elements. I compared using online chart and bought the right one. Bigger point, I watched 2 videos, and I did it! In less than 15 minutes. Now my oven heats! I did cook it on 425 for a good 30 minutes w/ door open as there was a slight chemical smell when first turned oven on. This was a 30.00 repair not a 500.00 oven!!
So far it has been a great replacement. Make sure it will fit for yours before ordering of course. I also suggest insulting the wiring once you have installed the new one as there is no protection from it grounding out. Otherwise it was really just plug and play! Install was easy. The hardest part was the wiring was so short on the oven itself that it kept pulling back inside in the frame. If I have an issue I will try and return and update this.
As for efficiency I have no idea...most likely I would just suggest getting a new "green" oven one if you are really energy conscious. If they even make one.
Thankfully this arrived 3 days after ordering and before I pulled my hair out about not being able to use my oven. I couldn't find anywhere locally that carried replacement oven elements, and after reading the reviews of the Snap Supply element, decided to order it. Installation was a breeze (Note: disconnect power on your range before removing the old element, as there's a good chance of the power connectors being shorted to the range frame), and the new element works better than the original ever did.
