I bought these work gloves for my husband for when he's around big engines that get hot. A couple of the mechanics at his job lent them theirs in an emergency and he found they protect his hands pretty good from the heat of the engines-- granted, he's not keeping his hand rested on the engine, but the metal still gets HOT. Good work glove, not stiff out of the package, but well made. Much better than a pair I got him from a different company.
I really like these. They fit well and are comfortable. Only time will tell how long they last. But so far, so good. If you’re curious about your size, there is a sizing chart on the Tillman website.
I've had a pair of these for many many years. They work great for yard work, especially for anything with thorns! Fair warning, they are a bit stiff when you first get them, but will get better with time; and sizing is ... big. I usually wear large with other gloves, I ordered medium for these because that's what my old pair were; but they are still a little big.
These gloves seem to be irregulars. The cuff is extra wide and the thumbs are longer then normal. I bought the gloves for working so not really a big issue just an observation.
Thick leather glove that fits well. I went to the Tillman site to figure out my size, these fit true the size chart. Use mainly for yard and wood work, they are comfortable and snug so that you don't use too much finger dexterity. Thicker and more substantial - plus cheaper - than all the synthetic gloves at my local hardware store.

Love these gloves for everything from yard work to cleaning a hot grill rack. Old pair was getting worn out so tried to find some similar in stores but was not satisfied. Finally searched online and was ecstatic to find these.
Being a welder fitter it's hard to find a good set of gloves that last longer then a few weeks, for the price these gloves kick ass! Thanks Tillman!
