UPDATE: After having used this for about a month and half, five days a week, the apron straps at the waist are starting to tear away. I don't tighten the apron snugly, so there is no extreme tension. With a little vinyl tent patch, it fixed the tear for now.
I work in a school kitchen as the dishwasher and was using disposable aprons and was still getting soaked. Not anymore since using this apron. It's perfect! It's long enough to go past my knees and the water just runs down. Heavy enough to allow a fan to blow on me without moving the apron and light enough to not feel weighted down or overheated. I only wish it had front pockets.
I love this apron. It is practical and durable. I work in a beauty salon and we work with a lot of chemicals and my clothes are totally protected in this apron. One client liked it so much that they are going to order one for their son who has a farm and processes his own beef. Sure it is not a frilly pretty apron but it is practical. I have used plastic ones in the past that were stiff and uncomfortable, but not this apron it is soft and I can roll it up for transport very easily. It also has nice long ties that go around my thicker waist so that I can secure it even better. I also like the adjustable neck tie with the quick clip. HIghly recommend and the price is right too.
When the apron arrived, the neck strap was broken. I just tied it together and used it anyways. If the neck strap had not come broken from the manufacturer, I probably would have given this 5 stars. It comes down well below the knee to provide a good level of protection. It is lightweight and doesn't weigh down on your neck like many aprons tend to. And it's very easy to clean. Overall, like it very much. I'm not sure if the neck strap came broken because of poor design, or if I just had the bad luck to get a faulty / defective item. But aside from that, it is a very good product.
This item is perfect for a dishwasher who is tired of getting their clothes wet.

It is a good product. Kept me dry while doing dishes in the dish machine. The neck padding provided good support. It helped hold my head up while washing dishes. All aprons should have the neck cushion. The old aprons felt heavy & pulled my head forward & down. This new apron kept my head up--nice & comfortable.

Dislikes, when I saw that it was 35" I thought it meant 35" wide but it is only 35" long and 27" wide. Very small for a good coverage. However...guess I should have read or questioned the listing.
My son came home soaking wet from his job as a dishwasher and now the only thing wet is below his knees so we are both happy. I’m happy that he’s not going to quit and his laundry isnt soaked and he’s happy that his upper leg isn’t wet creating a rash
Comfortable with cushioned neck strap. Long ties make it easy to wrap around and tie in front or fit larger frame. Long enough to keep legs dry. Good waterproofing. I’ve used many times for lapidary class and it kept me dry. For heavy water usage like restaurant dishwasher, etc would need boots to keep feet dry. That is an issue with any type of apron. Easy to rinse off and dry. Seems durable. I’d recommend and would buy again.
We needed a butchers apron to finish my husbands costume and this worked out perfectly. I can't say how well it would work in a dishwashing situation but I can say that it is well made for the price and it fit my husband perfectly. It was easy to clean the fake blood off of it and it was very comfortable for him to wear for hours as he scared the "littles" and "bigs" during out haunt!
I use this for doing my irrigation check on a commercial property and keeping me dry and clean from well water and dirt. Very comfortable and lightweight but durable. It is a great plus having the neck cushion which helps. Definitely recommend.
