When I was offered a chance to review these gloves, I thought that they might be the solution. When the gloves were delivered, my husband put them on and went to try them out on the tree. He said that the gloves have a firm fit and are very comfortable. He found that the thorns were able to go through the fabric on both sides of the gloves, but that for some reason they did not puncture his skin. He is planning to use them when the oranges are ripe for picking.
The top of the gloves are made of a tight fabric that is not cut resistant. The bottom, however, is cut resistant. To test them, my husband used a knife and easily cut an orange. He then used the same knife to try to cut the black side of the gloves. The knife did not cut the gloves and did't disturb the black fabric at all. My husband has been very pleased with these gloves and can see using them for any work that he does where damage to his skin might occur. We would both definitely recommend these gloves to anyone who wants to protect their hands and prevents cuts regardless of the tasks they are doing.

I use these at my job to prevent dog bites while grooming them. Unfortunately, if a dog bites hard enough, you will still feel it, because these are made of cloth and rubber material. They do prevent cuts, scrapes, and bites from teeth and nails which is what I got them for. Unfortunately, the top of these are just cloth so if a dog gets me there, I can still get bit and it could puncture my skin. Works well as long as that doesn't happen. My hands are still flexible enough that I can still hold a dog's chin up and move their head from side to side, etc. while I work.
Being an amateur fisherman, I bought these with the intention of using them for filet fish just as extra protection. The quality is good and it does protect well. Now if only the damn fox didn’t run off with them when I left them to dry after filet fish!
These gloves are great for anyone that works in a kitchen. Before I purchased these I always had to deal with cut gloves that started to unravel or got stained or nasty after using them all the time and letting others use them as well. Swapping to these fixed all of that. My pair still looks like new 6months later.10/10 would buy again.
Best work gloves ever!!! If you're constantly handling products like plastic pvc, polypropylene, polystyrene, ez flex or anything a material handler would handle then these are the gloves!! Great grip & extremely cut, poke whatever resistant. The sticky does wear off with extended usage but what doesn't wear out. I've order three in the past year & wear the 5 days a week & 8-12 he's a day

As a weekend metal detector enthus
As a weekend metal detectorist i dig a lot of rusty sharp objects so i needed something that protects my hands and these gloves certainly do that.
Good gloves. they do well at the job they are intended for. Just wish they offered a larger size. Their Lg is not quite large enough for my hands. I need the XL they don't offer.
Son-in-law does wood carving. He is a professional banjo player and needed some heavy duty protection. These work just great.
My son volunteers at the local animal shelter. You never know when a dog nips so this keeps him from getting bites. I have washed them once and they came out fine.
Not the most durable set of gloves I've ever owned but it is cut resistant. No more nasty knife knicks and in all dew fairness they are pretty light and comfy.
