These were bought to replace the same gloves. They are sturdy, fit well and my husband uses them constantly doing work in the garage. Plus, the price was very competitive (and I did n't have to visit umpteen stores looking for them!)
These are great gloves for the city dweller, since we only need them for driving, and small snow removal chores. If you need sturdier gloves, then you must look for heavier material.

Never used to like this kind of glove. Any more, the leather ones are lousy quality (stiff and not durable), so you might as well have something that fits and isn't hot.
The dots seem to hold up better than the old rubber ones.
As for the cancer warning label, that is a California "Prop. 65" warning label required on practically everything in this state. If you buy a wood saw in California, they warn that SAWDUST from natural wood might cause cancer. The label actually says Prop. 65 on it. If you're not from California, you wouldn't know what that meant.
