Good support with nice, high visibility for when doing outdoor work and avoiding problems with lumbar issues.
For short-term relief, this is a good accessory to have, but I can recommend physical therapy for back issues related to lower and mid-back pain. To tell if it's muscular, simply clench your stomach muscles slowly, and release them: do this a few times, and if the pain is reduced, then the issue is muscular and you can learn some approaches to help ease that, such as squatting or kneeling for low work, rather than bending or stooping. In the future, you can avoid back pain when bending by clenching your stomach muscles, as this automatically clenches the back muscles simultaneously, and acts like a back support belt.
If the pain is worse or has no change, then the belt can help with some things, but it is important that you see a physical therapist about this ASAP, so get a referral from a doctor.
This belt will help ease muscle pain and strain from lifting, toting, or other physically demanding tasks that strain the back muscles. Combined with gently clenching the torso, you will enjoy years of pain-free labor around the job site or your own home.
