I use farriers rasps to trim my horses’ feet. The rasps are incredibly sharp. After a few time of rasping the skin off my knuckle, I started using these. They fit better than many other brands and offer excellent protection. No more rasped knuckles! They do get stinky, but can be washed.
I have other similar CUT5 gloves (G&F Products) and these are right up there in quality. They are great at hand protection when dealing with sharp objects or tools. I use them even more often for their FANTASTIC GRIP. However the fit of the DEWALT X-large is very tight. I will only be able to use these for short periods of time and let others use them the rest of the time.
