I work as a dishwasher. The short, disposable foodservice gloves I'm given don't cut it for protecting your hands from deep sinks full of hot soapy water, or chlorine sanitizer. Ordered these puppies and boom, I can work so much faster and with more purpose. No more looking for a tool to fish up pans soaking in hot detergent, now I can just...reach in and grab them.
I'm an automotive technician by trade, and have skin sensitivity issues. Part of my "protocol" for not breaking out from contact dermatitis frequently is to wear long sleeves to prevent direct skin exposure to tires and hoses. The downside to this is that if I change oil or do work inside of a transmission or differential, the sleeves on my shirts can end up soaked (even if I roll them up at times). These gloves have been a great purchase for me, allowing me to slip them on over my long sleeves when needed and keep my shirts clean!
I bought these gloves to wear while working in the water of my Koi pond. I love them. They are thick enough to be sturdy but thin enough to give me the dexterity needed to remove leaves, etc. from my pond water filter in cold weather. Easy to get on and off and provide sufficient insulation to keep my hands in near freezing water. Large enough to get on over your winter coat. I highly recommend!
I broke my wrist and was looking for a cast protector. Not only are they fairly expensive, they are non-returnable since they are (medical devices).
My hands are fairly large, so I gambled on the XL to fit over my wrist cast. This size accommodates my casted hand well, the gloves aren't too huge and the elastic is a bonus. These are durable gloves, meant to take some abuse. They arrived rapidly from the West Coast (I am in the Chicago area), way ahead of estimated dates, shipping was free, price was half that of a flimsy cast protector. I can do dishes, scrub, take a bath or shower, etc. without problems. Highly recommended.
Amazon should set these things up as a "hit" when somebody is searching for a cast cover or protector.
These are absolutely the bulkiest gloves I've ever owned. They're very tacky and a little clumsy to store because they stick to each other and the forearm "blousing" (wider section between hand and elbow) adds a lot of material. But beyond that, if you need something like this, these are probably a good choice.

These gloves are terrific, I use them to clean my fish tank and they work great, keep my hands and arms dry, fingers fit very snug which make it easy to grab and securely hold items and move plants, deco, gravel, sand, whatever needs to be moved or cleaned. The fish and other aquarium inhabitants do not mind the gloves at all, causes them no harm. These gloves are 10 times better than those gloves they sell in stores or online that are specially made for the aquarium. If you get these gloves, you won't be disappointed. These gloves could also be used to handle most other kinds of chemicals without any harm( do not recommend you use these with chemicals and then use them at later time to clean fish tank). Great gloves for price of $13.00, truly excellent.
These are now my favorite gloves. Originally bought them to handle Sodium Hydroxide for drain clearing, but now I use them for all kinds of stuff. They are easy to put on and take off. I like to use them for clearing out my pool skimmer by hand because they keep my arms dry and warm (they slightly insulate as well). Things are fairly easy to handle and they give you a good grip. Love them and would absolutely buy them again.
Using this for a sanitary glove box I made. Product is sturdy. Only drawback is the size of the hands/fingers. A but snug and can be difficult to remove. Not sure who comes up with "standard" measurements for nitrile/sanitary and safety gloves, but I have yet to find a brand that is truly "large/xl" and/or "one size fits all."
These gloves arrived timely and appear to be of good quality and flexible. I will use them twice a year when I spray down the outside of my house with a garden sprayer to clean it with a strong solution of chlorine bleach and dish drops. The bleach eats up mildew, spider webs and anything organic, including human flesh. Because my cleaning includes the underside of soffits and porch ceilings I am apt to have some of the solution running down my hose arm and dripping off my elbow. Problem solved.
Having large hands it is always hard to find gloves that fit. These fit my hands perfectly and they ran all the way up onto my upper arms. I use them for cleaning gutters and other things around the house that need a strong bleach solution or other caustic cleaner. The gathers at the top kept my hands/arms dry and I didn't wind up with the normal chemical burns I got when using other shorter ones. I highly recommend these.
