Sure they are Mechanic gloves... but workout gloves [the reason I bought them really] is what I needed. Having a nerve issue aggravated by dumbbells, so been shopping around for a protective glove that offers a level of comfort/shielding as well as stability and durability.
Just using these now [XL] and have to say they are what I needed for the weightlifting issue without cheap graphics or flashy image plastic that you will find on alot of the major sports workout gear. This is the anti flashy glove and without knowing anything about the brand, they are totally worth a blind buy.
Will report back after a month or two as far as burability is concerned, but has a good amount of double stitches leather and heavy duty velcro wrist straps. So yeah, anything you can use to tackle yard work, oil changes or repairs as well as doubles as a solid weight lifting workout glove, you cannot go wrong. Will be purchasing another pair for the garage duties for sure.

Good fit, very well made and durable. Feel comfortable wearing those to work around the house
Works well. I work in a warehouse so I use these gloves quite often. They do a good job at protecting my hands from splinters and rusty nails. They’re a little tight despite ordering a large size though.
The gloves were perfect. I recently used it to check my car underhood. I wont be using it as much but i know it will come in handy for the future.
Holding up very well. I will buy more perhaps.
