The gloves were a surprisingly good fit for my large nordic hands. They also do appear to be appropriately cut-resistant. Sure a good thing to keep you from slicing as finger off.I would say stab resistant isn't great, the nature of fabric is that a object with a small point like a x-acto blade, scalpel or ice pick will find its way between the weave and give you a nice prick.
