These gloves are lightweight and highly visible. Your hands will be very visible to those that need to see them. They are lightweight, so they are not as protective as leather gloves would be. But that also makes them better for hot weather. They are synthetic, so you can just toss them in the wash with other synthetic clothes. It does not have much reflective area, so if that is important, other gloves or additional reflective items night be desirable. The XXL size seems to fit well -- other brands do not seem to be large enough for my hands. I will probably buy this product again for use anytime other than cold weather.
