These are excellent gloves and are perfect for women who do heavy yardwork.
We live on several acres, which I landscape and maintain. The manufacturers description is spot on and are perfect in every way.
Men's gloves are more robust than the women's types I've seen. I am rather tall and my hands are large. I took a chance in buying the size large but they do fit quite nicely. They are maybe 1/8 inch too long for my fingers but the wrist, palm and finger circumference are all just right.
I can answer my smart phone Because the fingers are a little long for me, I'm unable to make a call or text using the touch-sensitive finger pads but I can answer a call and disconnect.
Overall, I am very pleased with these gloves and recommend them highly!
The Vgo heavy duty gloves have more knuckle and back hand protection than my Oakley impact gloves. They have a good fit I the palm and fingers, but do tend to run wide in the palm. The only fitment problem I've noticed is the post that goes over the webbing between your thumb and index finger is too small, so it doesn't touch your hands webbing. When you have your fingers spread wide, grabbing something pushes on the glove at that webbing part well before it contacts your hands webbing. Still they're well made with excellent impact protection.
Using for home demo. The rubber “guards” on the back are interesting; they create some inflexibility but may come in handy. Holding up as good as any so far but a few loose threads showing after 2 working days.
Don't know anything about the touch screen capability of these claims as they are asking me to rate; however, these gloves are excellent work gloves. I've found when I take these off my son quickly grabs to use so I ended up getting him his own pair.
The fingertips are not good for certain things like screwing on bolts but they are durable and my husband really likes them overall. He works in vehicles all day and uses them every day.
