Nice pair of gloves, thinner than I was expecting after reading one of the reviews, look like they will hold up for a few months of dirt and rock work, but time will tell. Bought the medium size, my hand measured 210mm and they fit perfect. The good fit should make for better dexterity than my old work gloves. The leather seemed a bit thinner than I was hoping. I get new gloves when either the seams break, or I wear holes in them. Time Will tell
Update: been using the gloves for one month now in dirt and rock and the stitching has come apart at the crotch of the thumb in the first finger. After examining the stitching it appears that they use thin, possibly cotton string to sew the leather together. I work with leather so I was able to fix the issue with hard core thread. Just thought that potential buyers might want to know. For this, I would consider them light to medium duty gloves.
I used these for a solid 2 weeks of none stop construction work. I threw everything at them, cement, gasoline, paint and other chemicals, about a full day of pressure washing where they were drenched all day and they are still going strong. They are very comfortable and sturdy by my standards. Before putting them through all of this, I did treat them with a home-brewed paste made of beeswax and olive oil. I highly recommend them.
These gloves fit tighter than other gloves labeled of equal size, but not so bad that they won't fit. Also, the stitching looks a little cheap, but thankfully hasn't unraveled yet. I purchased these for protection on a large blackberry clearing project. For those of you on the Pacific Northwest coast you know how thick and stabby blackberry bramble can be. However, I didn't get a single prick wearing these (at least on my hands) and they were more breathable than I would have thought. All in all, they're of reasonable quality and performance. They held up well against the most ruthless and invasive plant species I've come across, and they're still as good as new. Not too shabby.
Very nice gloves. Quality leather. I like the fact that the top has a strap that when pulled, makes them more fitted. Will purchase again. Others have complained about the seam being felt in the fingers, but that's just normal with any leather gloves. It doesn't bother me one bit, and with regular use, the leather softens and the seam is less palpable.

They run a little small. I would reommend anyone interested get the largest size available unless you got kid hands.
I saw reviews talking about some stitching issues. For me, I used as garden gloves, and forgot them outside during for nearly a month of rain. XL They shrunk some, but after wearing a bit became soft and form fit my hand like...a glove. Continue as garden gloves and double as motorcycle riding glove. No problems with stitching and they are soft as a kitties belly!
Really great gloves so far. I have only used a couple of days so can't speak for the long run, but initial impression is these are wonderful. Soft, tough....if they end up being durable this was a really good purchase
I got these as a gift for a gardener I know. She's always pulling weeds/prickers from her enormous garden and planting new plants, etc. She said these gloves are the best she has ever used and they are super-comfortable and clean easily.
I wet them and tossed them into the dryer to shrink because I really needed a size Small. Very little shrinkage - harump! The leather stayed soft and pliable, but I put saddle soap on them anyway - to protect them from dirt in the garden.
